Your responsibilities

Jimmy’s delivery manager is a very important role to ensure that the projects are under full control and delivery and value provided by Jimmy are successful, on time, and efficient. The delivery manager supervises a team, mainly Product Owners to apply, meet, or improve company development processes, and also takes care of main Project Management responsibilities. 

You will be responsible for:

• Help team apply and follow company processes

• Quality of delivery

• Invoicing

• Budgeting

• Scheduling

• Team support

• Resource management

• Monitor project’s progress

• Satisfaction of a client

• Advanced Project Management skills

• Set up and control of development processes

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Czech & English)

• Stakeholder management

• Understanding and experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Strong leadership

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
