We are looking for a senior product designer who will take care of the design at Jimmy and move it to another level. We work on innovative products, large enterprise apps, and different applications for startups but also companies from Fortune 50.

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a talented senior product designer who will help us build valuable and meaningful products for our customers and their users. Jimmy needs a creative and communicative person with advanced experience in UX/UI for mobile and web applications. We’re rebuilding the design team from scratch and you should be the fundamentals of the whole team and ideally will take over the leading of the whole team. Therefore, you should be able to communicate with clients, get the requirements from them and build a strong bridge between clients’ businesses and our design team. The designers are always part of the delivery (SCRUM) team and collaborate closely with engineers and others.

Your responsibility, in the beginning, will be primarily UX design and guidance of a junior/mid UI designer. Your lead role will be also responsible for the process improvements and mentoring of colleagues. If you’re up for the challenge, let us know.

• Experience in the product design of mobile and web applications

• Building low/high fidelity prototypes

• Knowledge of all stages of the design process and methodologies

• Translating the requirements into human-centered design

• Experience in UX research

• Setting up UX strategy

• User-interface design

• Leading and organization of design workshops

• Prototyping

• User Testing

• Ability to work with engineers

• SCRUM

• Good ENG communication skills
